You will receive a second chance flyer with your student's access code a few weeks after picture day, typically 3-4 weeks after the photo is taken. You can use that code to view and order online. Preordering is unavailable for retake day.
Only one photo will be taken of each student unless there is an obvious flaw, such as the photo is out of focus or your student's eyes are closed. Students who wear glasses may have an additional photo taken without their glasses on, in case there is glass glare.
The photos will be available for purchase online for about a year. Prices and packages are subject to change at any time without notice.
Waiting to view your proof is allowed; however, prices increase due to special handling needed to process the order separately from your school. Photos ordered with the preview will be shipped to you directly and incur a shipping fee.
Orders that incur a shipping fee are not eligible for shipping to the school. Only preorders placed prior to photo day and up to 3 days after are eligible for free shipping.
You are able to purchase bonus items without a main package. (May not apply to every school) Please note, a lower price is offered for additional items with the purchase of a package since the package already includes cropping, color correcting, and retouching as needed in the package price. The color correction and cropping are not built into the bonus option's original price, so a processing fee may apply if purchased individually without a package.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of both print and digital packages. Additional processing time is needed if the photo hasn't been taken yet.
Premium retouching removes facial blemishes and fine lines and softens skin. Basic Retouching adds a pleasant Soft-Focus effect.
You will receive an access code and password via email or with your package 4-6 weeks after photo day or placing your order, whichever is later. Please be sure to check your junk mail if you haven't received the download information. An account is required to access your download.
Check with your school for retake opportunities. Some schools have different rules on who is allowed to have retakes; however, we will photograph anyone who is sent to the camera.
On retake day, send your original picture package to school with your child with "Exchange for Retakes" notated on the envelope. The photographer will collect them, take another photo, and then send a replacement package back to the school for distribution 4-6 weeks after photo day. *Please note that in order for us to begin the process of sending the retakes, the originals need to be returned with the request for the retakes. Some parents like to order both!
All original photos are sent to the school to be placed in the yearbook unless a retake image is taken. If your student attends retakes, the retake image is automatically sent to the school and, unfortunately, cannot be changed.
